We do not suggest that your company wait until OSHA shows up at the door to determine if you are in compliance with the regulations or to develop a great safety program.  We suggest you take a proactive approach to achieve a workplace free of recognized hazards.

If OSHA does appear at your door, SafEnvirons, Inc. has several safety professionals with experience assisting with OSHA inspections and citations. The instant an OSHA official knocks at the door, our clients call us for assistance.  If your company has been inspected by OSHA officials, you only have fifteen days to respond to the final written report so don’t wait to call us for help!  If you do not respond within fifteen days, the citations become final and the employer must pay the defined penalty and comply with OSHA's citations as issued.  SafEnvirons, Inc. safety professionals have been successful during Informal Conferences to achieve penalty reductions or to have the area office completely eliminate the citation.

OSHA Compliance Assessments

SafEnvirons, Inc. experienced and knowledgeable staff will conduct comprehensive assessments of your facility for compliance with federal OSHA standards as well as consensus standards referenced in the federal OSHA regulations.  Non-compliant items will be identified during the assessment and a comprehensive report will be generated to ensure all identified items are communicated with your management team.  The report will also provide a tracking mechanism to make sure each identified item is managed to completion.

Compliance Assistance Programs (CAP)

Compliance Assistance Program (CAP) inspections are usually associated with clients that we visit on a monthly or quarterly basis.  The inspections are customized to each facility's needs.  The inspections can concentrate on a specific area of compliance such as hazard communication, control of hazardous energy, emergency action plan, etc. or the inspection can be conducted to identify general physical compliance issues.  Contact us for more information if interested in a Compliance Assistance Program.
